摘要
邯钢活性炭脱硫脱硝制酸系统在运行过程中,因制酸尾气管道逐渐发生堵塞问题不易被察觉,造成尾气流通不畅,系统憋压,严重制约活性炭脱硫脱硝的正常生产.通过对尾气管逐段排查确定了堵塞位置,并对板结物进行了化验,最终确定了堵塞原因,并从制酸操作、酸浓计失真、烧结生产、在线检修等方面分析了制酸尾气管堵塞的原因.在生产中,要严格监控系统运行过程中各项参数变化及相关因素影响,才能够保证制酸系统的正常稳定运行.
Abstract
During the operation of the activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification sulphuric acid production system in Hansteel company,it is difficult to detect the gradual blockage of the sulphuric acid production tail gas pipeline,resulting in poor flow of tail gas and system pressure suppression,which seriously restricts the normal production of activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification.By checking the tail gas pipeline section by section,the location of the blockage was determined and the hardened material was analyzed.The cause of the blockage was ultimately determined,and the reasons for the blockage were analyzed from the aspects of sulphuric acid production operation,sulphuric acid concentration meter distortion,sintering production,and online maintenance.In production,it is necessary to strictly monitor the changes in various parameters and the above influencing factors during the operation of the system to ensure the normal and stable operation of the sulphuric acid production system.
