摘要
阳春新钢铁棒材线提速提产改造后,在轧制小规格时,成品上冷床易出现冷床乱床,且发生频率也很高.通过分析原因,制定了切实可行的整改方案,并进行改进,最终解决了冷床乱床问题.
Abstract
After the speed increase and production improvement of Yangchun New Steel's bar production line,it is easy for the cold bed to become chaotic when rolling small specifications,and the frequency of occurrence is also very high.By analyzing the reasons,a practical and feasible rectification plan was formulated and improved,ultimately solving the problem of disorderly cold beds.
