Fault Analysis and Preventive Measures of Hydraulic AGC System and Servo Valve in Rolling Mill
This article introduces the working principle of the hydraulic AGC system for rolling mills,including fault analysis of position deviation alarm,rolling force fluctuation alarm,zero position current abnormality and related faults.Analyze common servo valve faults such as oil leakage,valve jamming,blockage,valve blockage,and instability,and identify the causes of the faults.A series of preventive measures were ultimately proposed,including storage of servo valves,control of oil cleanliness,online monitoring of servo valve status,etc.The correct operating procedures for replacing servo valves were summarized.By studying and analyzing the hydraulic AGC system and servo valve faults of the rolling mill,the stability and reliability of the system can be effectively improved,the occurrence of faults can be reduced,and production efficiency can be improved.
