摘要
针对HRB400E棒材切分工艺在生产过程中存在的堆钢事故问题,结合生产实际及现场操作,从工艺、设备、坯料、人员操作四个角度出发,系统性地分析堆钢事故发生原因,同时制定了针对性的建议措施.相关措施实施后,堆钢事故发生率降低50％,作业率提高20％,在保证生产顺行方面取得显著效果.
Abstract
In response to the problem of steel stacking accidents in the production process of HRB400E bar cutting technology,combined with actual production and on-site operations,a systematic analysis of the causes of steel stacking accidents was conducted from four perspectives:process,equipment,billet,and human operation.At the same time,targeted suggestions and measures were formulated.After the implementation of relevant measures,the incidence of steel stacking accidents decreased by 50％,and the operation rate increased by 20％,achieving significant results in ensuring smooth production.
