摘要
金属线膨胀系数是研究金属性质常用的物理量,膨胀系数的准确测量在许多工程和科学领域都具有重要意义.为了使测得的金属线膨胀系数更加准确,引入一种自主研发的新型液压装置来测量金属线膨胀系数.利用该装置使被测金属材料通过绝热石英玻璃与液压传动装置接触,并保持同步移动,将被测件的微小伸长量转换为可直接测量的毛细玻璃管中的水位变化来实现测量.改进后的实验仪器操作相对简便,实现了提高测量精度的目标.
Abstract
The coefficient of linear expansion of metals is a commonly used physical quantity for studying metal properties,and accurate measurement of the coefficient of expansion is of great significance in many engineering and scientific fields.In order to make the measured coefficient of metal linear expansion more accurate,a newly developed hydraulic device is introduced to measure the coefficient of metal linear expansion.By using this device,the tested metal material is brought into contact with the hydraulic transmission device through insulated quartz glass,and moves synchronously to convert the small elongation of the tested object into a directly measurable water level change in the capillary glass tube for measurement.The improved experimental instrument is relatively easy to operate,achieving the goal of improving measurement accuracy.
