摘要
使用ICP-AES法测定钢中锰含量检测效率高,成本低,操作简单,误差小.基于ICP-AES法,使用多标准测定低合金钢标准物质中锰含量,对检测结果的精密度进行考察,并对所用标准进行评价,进而探索其在铁路轮轴产品检测中的应用前景.
Abstract
The use of ICP-AES method to determine manganese content in steel has high detection efficiency,low cost,simple operation,and small error.Based on the ICP-AES method,multiple standards were used to determine the manganese content in low-alloy steel reference materials.The precision of the detection results was examined,and the standards used were evaluated to explore their application prospects in railway wheel axle product testing.
