550 MPa级高强耐蚀光伏支架的开发及耐蚀性研究

随着光伏行业的迅速发展,对光伏支架用耐候钢提出了新的要求,其高强度、高耐蚀性及良好的成型性成为其重点研究领域.基于行业与市场的需求,唐山钢铁集团结合现有生产设备及工艺特点,采用Nb、Ti复合并适当加入Cu、Cr、Ni、Si等成分,成功开发出了 550 MPa级高耐蚀性光伏支架用耐候钢T550HN.应用结果表明,研发的T550NH力学性能优异,屈服强度达到600 MPa,成型性能经仿真模拟满足客户使用要求,耐蚀性能良好,周期浸润试验显示T550HN相对于Q355B腐蚀速率为44.65%,工业环境加速腐蚀模拟试验显示T550HN相对于Q355B的腐蚀速率为54%.
Development and Corrosion Resistance Study of 550 MPa High Strength and Corrosion Resistant Photovoltaic Brackets
With the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry,new requirements have been put forward for weather resistant steel used in photovoltaic brackets.Its high strength,high corrosion resistance,and good formability are its key research areas.Based on industry and market demands,Tangshan Iron and Steel Group adopts Nb,based on existing production equipment and process characteristics Ti composite and reasonable addition of Cu A weather resistant steel T550HN with high corrosion resistance at 550 MPa level for photovoltaic brackets has been successfully developed using components such as Cr,Ni,and Si.The results show that the developed T550NH has excellent mechanical properties,with a yield strength of 600 MPa.The forming performance meets customer requirements through simulation and has good corrosion resistance.Periodic immersion experiments show a corrosion rate of 44.65%relative to Q355B,and accelerated corrosion simulation tests in industrial environments show a corrosion rate of 54%relative to Q355B.
