通过末端淬透性试验、实物模拟淬火试验及其金相组织分析,研究了 51CrV4弹簧钢的淬透性,在51CrV4热轧弹簧扁钢上取样进行850℃、870 ℃的端淬试验以及选取不同规格的热轧弹簧扁钢实物进行模拟热处理试验.试验分析表明,51CrV4弹簧钢在850 ℃的正火预处理和在870 ℃端淬后能够在距离端部15 mm位置能稳定获得58左右的高硬度HRC,因此可保证淬透30 mm 扁钢,在条件具备时可提升至40 mm.
Research about Heat Treatment and Property of 51CrV4 Spring Steel
In this paper,the hardenability of 51CrV4 spring steel is studied mainly through the end hardenability test,physical simulated quenching test and metallographic structure analysis.The end quenching test at 850 ℃and 870 ℃ is carried out by sampling on 51CrV4 hot-rolled spring flat steel,and the simulated heat treatment test is carried out by selecting different specifications of hot-rolled spring flat steel.51CrV4 spring steel can stably obtain a high hardness of about 58HRC at 15 mm from the end after normalizing pretreatment at 850 ℃.and end quenching at 870 ℃.Therefore,the quenched 30 mm flat steel can be guaranteed.It can be raised to 40 mm when conditions are available.
