摘要

烧结烟气是钢铁领域污染负荷最为严重的环节.目前,研究者在颗粒物、SOx和NOx治理方面已取得了很大的成效,但烧结烟气中还含有一定的COx(φ(CO2)=3.5%~4.5%、φ(CO)=0.4%~1%),对人类健康和社会环境具有严重的影响,也是未来烧结烟气治理的关注点.因此,对烧结烟气中CO的进行减排,受到更多钢铁企业的重视.通过试验研究某CO催化剂在烧结烟气工况条件下的性能效果,结果表明,该催化剂在温度为220~250℃、空速8 000 h-1的条件下,CO脱除效率可达75%以上,且能够持续稳定一段时间.

Abstract

Sintering flue gas is the most severe pollution load in the steel industry.At present,researchers have achieved great results in the treatment of particulate matter SOx and NO.,but there is still a certain amount of COx(φ(CO2)=3.5%to 4.5%,φ(CO)=0.4%to 1%has a serious impact on human health and the social environment,and is also a focus of future sintering flue gas treatment.Therefore,the reduction of CO in sintering flue gas is receiving increasing attention.Study the performance and effectiveness of a certain CO catalyst under sintering flue gas conditions through pilot tests.The experimental results show that the catalyst has a CO removal efficiency of over 75%at temperatures ranging from 220 to 250 ℃ and a space velocity of 8 000 h-1,and can remain stable for a period of time.
