Study on the Performance of a Certain CO Catalyst Under Sintering Flue Gas
Sintering flue gas is the most severe pollution load in the steel industry. At present, researchers have achieved great results in the treatment of particulate matter SOx and NO.,but there is still a certain amount of COx(φ(CO2)=3.5%to 4.5%,φ(CO)=0.4%to 1%has a serious impact on human health and the social environment, and is also a focus of future sintering flue gas treatment. Therefore, the reduction of CO in sintering flue gas is receiving increasing attention.Study the performance and effectiveness of a certain CO catalyst under sintering flue gas conditions through pilot tests. The experimental results show that the catalyst has a CO removal efficiency of over 75%at temperatures ranging from 220 to 250 ℃ and a space velocity of 8 000 h-1,and can remain stable for a period of time.
