以烧结镁砂、电熔镁砂、高铝矾土、棕刚玉、板状刚玉、活性氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉、氧化铬绿微粉为主要原料,外加高效减水剂制备中间包挡墙浇注料,并将其与原有浇注料进行对比试验.结果表明:在110 ℃保温24h、1 200℃保温3h和1 500℃保温3 h这3种处理条件下,新研制的Al2O3-MgO-Cr2O3质浇注料除常温强度略低外,烧后强度和高温抗折强度都明显高于同一条件下的对比浇注料;新研制的浇注料热震稳定性和抗渣性均明显好于原用镁质浇注料;采用新研制的Al2O3-MgO-Cr2O3质浇注料制作中间包挡墙,并在板坯中间包上试用,使用寿命明显提升,取得了预期的效果.
Development and Application of Al2O3-MgO-Cr2O3 Slag Wall Castables for Tundish
Experiments of Al2O3-MgO-Cr2O3 slag wall castables for tundish were developed to compare the property difference between other two samples,using sintered magnesia,fused magnesia,bauxite,brown fused corundum,sintered alumina,ultrafine active alumina,silica fume and chromium oxide powders as raw materials,plus high-range water reducing admixture.The results indicated that the fired strength(1 200℃ and 1 500 ℃)of the new castables is all above others,except of 110 ℃ situation.The thermal shock resistance and slag resistance of Al2O3-MgO-Cr2O3 castables are better.On the basis of previous tests,Al2O3-MgO-Cr2O3 slag wall were produced and carried out application.The using effect in practice was satisfying and up to the expectation.
