摘要

近年来,我国的新能源汽车产业呈现出快速发展的趋势.无取向硅钢片作为制造新能源汽车驱动电机的核心材料,对其产品的厚度精度和板形质量要求较高.二十辊森吉米尔轧机用于生产高精度的极薄带钢,可满足轧制新能源汽车用无取向硅钢的产品要求.为确保板形质量,设计二十辊森吉米尔轧机轧制目标厚度为0.27 mm的新能源汽车用无取向硅钢的辊系配置,并根据轧制实验过程反馈情况,对辊系配置进行优化.

Abstract

In recent years,China's new energy vehicle industry has shown a rapid development trend.As the core material for manufacturing new energy vehicle drive motors,non oriented silicon steel sheets have high requirements for the thickness accuracy and plate shape quality of their products.The 20 roll Sendzimir rolling mill is used to produce high-precision ultra-thin strip steel,which can meet the product requirements for rolling non oriented silicon steel for new energy vehicles.To ensure the quality of the plate shape,a 20 roll Sendzimir rolling mill is designed to roll non oriented silicon steel for new energy vehicles with a target thickness of 0.27 mm,and the roll system configuration is optimized based on feedback from the rolling experiment process.
