摘要
发展可再生能源替代传统能源是维持生态可持续发展的有效手段,其中太阳能当之无愧是可再生能源中的佼佼者.明星材料"钙钛矿"因其独特的光电性质在半导体材料领域发展迅猛.重点对钙钛矿的晶体结构进行了分析,同时总结了钙钛矿薄膜的制备技术及其应用,为未来钙钛矿的发展提供参考.
Abstract
Developing renewable energy to replace traditional energy is an effective means of maintaining ecological sustainability,and solar energy is undoubtedly one of the best renewable energy sources.The star material"perovskite"has developed rapidly in the field of semiconductor materials due to its unique optoelectronic properties.The crystal structure of perovskite was analyzed in detail,and the preparation techniques and applications of perovskite thin films were summarized,providing reference for the future development of perovskite.
