The magnetic separation method significantly improves the yield of pure iron concentrate by configuring different mineral characteristics.By adjusting the ratio and usage conditions of flotation agents,the innovative flotation method has significantly improved the accuracy of mineral processing.Through comprehensive cost-benefit analysis,it has been demonstrated that efficient empowerment of low-grade iron ore resources can be ensured while reducing production expenses.Finally,a sustainable development strategy is proposed,which not only ensures the long-term applicability of mineral processing technology,but also provides a new direction for the industry's development.
