煤基氢冶金回转窑间接冷却技术研究及产业化应用

摘要
回转窑生产工艺冷却设备是整个生产系统中不可缺少的装置.过去传统冶金回转窑排料多为湿式冷却,近几年,转筒式冷渣机在间接冷却方面得到了广泛的运用,这种新型的冷却设备凭借其独特的性能优势,环保无污染,可以为冶金回转窑生产运行提供可靠的保障.对此,以酒钢煤基氢冶金中试厂回转窑间接冷却转筒式冷渣机为研究对象,分析了转筒式冷渣机对冶金还原高温物料的间接冷却特点及其未来产业化应用前景.
Abstract
Cooling equipment for rotary kiln production process is an indispensable device in the entire production system.In the past,the discharge of traditional metallurgical rotary kilns was mostly wet cooling.In recent years,rotary slag coolers have been widely used in indirect cooling.This new type of cooling equipment,with its unique performance advantages,is environmentally friendly and pollution-free,and can provide reliable guarantees for the production and operation of metallurgical rotary kilns.In this regard,taking the rotary kiln indirect cooling rotary drum slag cooler of JISCO Coal Based Hydrogen Metallurgy Pilot Plant as the research object,the indirect cooling characteristics of rotary drum slag cooler for metallurgical reduction of high-temperature materials and its future industrial application prospects were analyzed.
