基于有限元的铸造起重机新型主梁结构优化研究

以YZR355L2-10/2型铸造起重机为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的铸造起重机新型主梁结构优化方法.首先将原主梁结构的材料特性、规格尺寸等参数录入到Ansys软件内,由该软件自动构建出主梁的结构模型,然后以此为基础,自动对主梁模型的静强度与静刚度进行分析,寻找出原主梁的缺陷,进而制定出相应的优化方案.通过该方法的应用,可显著提高主梁结构强度,有利于铸造起重机更好地运行,确认该方法具有良好应用效果.
Research on Optimization of New Main Beam Structure of Casting Crane Based on Finite Element Method
Taking YZR355L 2-10/2 casting crane as an example,this paper introduces a new optimization method for the main beam structure of casting crane based on finite element analysis.Firstly,the material characteristics,specifications,and dimensions of the original main beam structure are entered into Ansys software,which automatically constructs the structural model of the main beam.Based on this,the static strength and stiffness of the main beam model are automatically analyzed to identify defects in the original main beam and develop corresponding optimization plans.Through the application of this method,the strength of the main beam structure can be significantly improved,which is beneficial for the better operation of the casting crane and confirms the good application effect of this method.
