Research on the Influence of Process Parameters on the Rebound of Single Bending of Straight Seam Steel Pipes
This study investigates the influence of process parameters on the springback of coil bending, analyzes the mechanism of their impact on springback in bending process, and prepares for the parameter selection of JCO process. In view of this,a two-dimensional finite element model of straight seam steel pipe bending forming was established based on ABAQUS finite element simulation software, with other parameters unchanged.Five sets of data were used for bending simulation research on plate thickness, upper roller radius, lower roller radius, and lower roller spacing, respectively. The influence of the above factors on the bending rebound of the rolled plate was characterized by the rebound radius. The research results indicate that in the JCO bending process,as the plate thickness, upper roller radius, and lower roller radius increase, the bending rebound radius decreases. That is,the increase in plate thickness, upper roller radius, and lower roller radius will reduce the rebound effect, and the influence of the lower roller radius on rebound is greater than that of the upper roller radius. As the spacing between the lower rollers increases, the bending rebound radius decrease, increasing rebound effect.
