RH真空精炼在低碳钢生产中发挥着重要作用,通过数值模拟手段探究了 RH真空精炼过程中气液流动特性.结果表明:通过数值模拟得到的流体流速与实验测量值吻合较好;氩气泡在上升管内的分布呈现"倒V"形;Ar-钢液两相区占比在距钢包底部3.7 m时增大至74.93%;钢液流速在上升管附近达到最大值1.2 m/s.
Research on Gas-liquid Flow Characteristics During RH Vacuum Refining Process
RH vacuum refining plays an important role in the production of low-carbon steel.The gas-liquid flow characteristics of the refining process are explored by the numerical simulation methods.The results indicate that the fluid velocity agrees well with the measured data from experiment.The distribution of argon bubbles in up snorkel shows an inverted V shape,and the proportion of Ar-liquid steel two-phase zone increases to 74.93%when it is 3.7 meters from the bottom of the ladle.The flow velocity near the up snorkel reaches its maximum value of 1.2 m/s.
