摘要
带钢跑偏一方面会影响成品质量,另一方面,会对连续冷轧机组造成损伤,甚至破坏,影响生产进度.从带钢跑偏的作用因素分析入手,厘清各因素的作用机理和影响程度,依据比例纠偏、积分纠偏、比例积分纠偏和三辊纠偏原理,设计带钢纠偏系统.该系统适用于不同类型的冷轧机组,可将带钢跑偏量控制在合理区间,能够实现连续冷轧机组长期安全稳定运行.
Abstract
Strip deviation not only affects the quality of finished products,but also causes damage or even destruction to continuous cold rolling mills,affecting production progress.Starting from the analysis of the factors affecting the deviation of strip steel,clarify the mechanisms and degrees of influence of each factor.Based on the principles of proportional correction,integral correction,proportional integral correction,and three roll correction,design a strip steel correction system.It is suitable for different types of cold rolling mills,control the deviation of strip steel within a reasonable range,and achieves long-term safe and stable operation of continuous cold rolling mills.
