镀铝锌锌花不均缺陷分析及控制措施

针对镀铝锌钢板在生产过程中出现锌花不均缺陷问题进行分析,通过调整纠正辊不同位置的参数、优化冷却塔张力控制、探索特定牌号低温退火工艺及改进6号纠偏辊纠偏能力和热卷厚度等措施,成功找出了改善锌花均匀性的有效方法.研究结果表明,影响镀铝锌锌花均匀性的主要因素包括纠偏能力、沉没辊参数设置以及退火温度控制等.在实际生产过程中,通过系统地排查和试验,不仅揭示了锌花不均缺陷的成因,而且提出了切实可行的解决方案.
Analysis of Uneven Spangles Defects in Galvalume Coatings and Control Measures
This study conducted a thorough analysis of the uneven spangles defects in the production process of galvalume steel sheets.Through adjusting the parameters of different positions on the corrective rollers,optimizing the tension control in the cooling tower,exploring the low-temperature annealing process for specific grades,and improving the corrective ability of 6# corrective roller and the thickness of hot coils,effective methods for improving the uniformity of spangles defects were successfully identified.The research results indicate that the main factors affecting the uniformity of spangles in galvalume coatings include corrective ability,submerged roller parameter settings,and annealing temperature control.Through systematic troubleshooting and experimentation in the actual production process,not only the causes of the uneven spangles defects were revealed,but also practical solutions were proposed.
