摘要
对影响高炉煤气利用率的因素进行分析研究,结合阳春新钢铁1号高炉的实际情况,通过稳定焦炭质量,以下部调节为基础,优化上部调节,加强内部管理,实施"四高一低"操作,提高煤气利用率,取得了显著的经济效益.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the utilization ratio of blast furnace gas,combined with the actual situation of No.1 blast furnace of Yangchun New Steel Co.,it is considered that the base of coke quality and lower adjustment,combined with upper adjustment,and the operation of"four high and one low"will be beneficial to the improvement of gas utilization ratio.
