Abstract
It is introduced the production practice of multi-varieties,multi-standard and small-batch orders in a steel plant.Based on the aspects of market investigation,stock using and production organization,it can optimize management models to satisfy customer requirements.It is of great significance for enterprise management to realize scientific production and low cost operation of small-batch orders delivery,improve market competitiveness and brand influence.
