Cause Analysis and Control Measures of the Upper Melting Loss of Tuyere Small Sleeve
This article analyzes the theoretical basis of the melting loss of the tuyere upper,starting from the burning heat flow,analyzes the influence of copper's thermal conductivity on the melting loss of the tuyere,proposes the purity requirements of copper and the control of P content.Calculate the suitable cooling water speed and inlet water pressure for the tuyere of the inlet.Analyze the impact of blast furnace raw materials on the melting loss of tuyere,with a focus on proposing that Pb will exacerbate the melting loss of tuyere.In terms of production operations,it proposes to control the root of the soft melt strip not to be too low,which is beneficial for reducing the burning loss of the tuyere.
