高压操作不仅能够提高高炉冶炼强度,而且能有效降低入炉焦比.针对北营3 200 m3高炉进行顶压提升理论研究,总结了长期的操作实践经验,采取改善入炉原燃料质量、提高鼓风动能、优化装料制度等措施后,炉顶压力逐步提高到250 kPa以上,不仅使高炉炉况稳定性得到了增强,而且提高了煤气利用率,降低了焦比,提高了 TRT发电量,取得了可观的经济效益.
Practice of Increasing the Top Pressure of Beiying Blast Furnace
High pressure operation can not only improve the smelting intensity of blast furnace,but also effectively reduce the coke ratio entering the furnace.A theoretical study was conducted on the top pressure lifting of the Beiying 3 200 m3 blast furnace,and long-term operational experience was summarized.After taking measures such as improving the quality of raw materials and fuels,increasing the kinetic energy of the blast,and optimizing the loading system,the top pressure gradually increased to over 250 kPa.This not only enhanced the stability of the blast furnace condition,but also improved the gas utilization rate,reduced the coke ratio,increased the TRT power generation,and achieved considerable economic benefits.
