摘要
通过对大盘卷生产过程进行跟踪、分析,判断划伤产生的位置,使用PSM三辊减定径后热眼、高清摄像头、人工表面检查等手段判定大盘卷划伤原因,然后对PSM三辊减定径机至卷取机之间的工艺件进行滚动化、尺寸、材质等方面的改进优化后,有效解决了大盘卷表面划伤的问题.
Abstract
By tracking and analyzing the production process of large coil,the location of scratches was determined.PSM three roll reduction sizing hot eye,high-definition camera,manual surface inspection and other methods were used to determine the cause of scratches on the large coil.Then,the rolling,size,material and other improvements and optimizations were made to the process parts between the PSM three roll reduction sizing machine and the coiling machine,effectively solving the problem of surface scratches on the large coil.
