摘要
通过对螺纹钢轧线开发Φ65 mm 圆钢所需要的设备、技术条件进行分析,并采用Q235B钢坯对轧制Φ65 mm圆钢各项技术条件进行验证,提出了基于螺纹钢轧线开发Φ70 mm以内圆钢的改进措施,为螺纹钢轧线开展经济型改造提供借鉴.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the equipment and technical conditions required for the development of Φ65 mm round steel on the threaded steel rolling line,and the verification of various technical conditions for rolling Φ65 mm round steel using Q235B steel billets,improvement measures for the development of round steel within Φ70 mm based on the threaded steel rolling line are proposed,providing reference for the economic transformation of the threaded steel rolling line.
