Abstract
By implementing the"123421"measure of cost stratification,multi-dimensional,and deep integration,various indicators of the sintering process have been improved.through deeply integration of"123421"and professional management,effective implementation of activity-based cost management is realized.Combining goal oriented and problem oriented approaches,actively benchmarking with advanced enterprises,optimize processes and plugloopholes.
