摘要
针对中国铝业广西分公司氧化铝厂选铁车间ZH3200E-Ⅲ平环磁选机隔块盖板出现的问题,进行了分析和改造.改造后,新隔块及盖板经过1a的运行,运行效果良好,满足生产要求,降低了非检修停机的次数和减轻了劳动强度,提升了设备的运转率.
Abstract
Analysis and renovation were carried out on the problem of the partition cover plate of the ZH3200E-Ⅲ flat ring magnetic separator in the iron selection workshop of the Guangxi Branch,Aluminum Corporation of china alumina plant.After the renovation,the form of the new partition cover plate has been running well for 1 year,meeting production requirements,reducing the number of non maintenance shutdowns and labor intensity,and improving equipment operation rate.
