摘要

通过对承钢公司冶炼高钒铁贫渣过程中喷枪损毁原因进行分析,得出了影响喷枪使用寿命的主要因素有:枪体耐材的烧损、熔渣的侵蚀、温度剧变产生的循环应力破坏.工业性试验表明,采用电熔融镁砂作为骨料、氯化镁作为结合剂、添加钢纤维作为耐材制成的喷枪,可以显著提升喷枪的耐火度和抗热震稳定性,进而提高喷枪的使用寿命,降低生产成本.

Abstract

Through analyzing the reasons for lance damage during the smelting process of high vanadium iron lean slag in Chengsteel Company,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the service life of the injection lance:the body of the refractory burning and slag erosion,drastic changes in temperature cycle stress damage.Industrial tests have shown that the electric melting magnesia as aggregate,magnesium chloride as binder,adding steel fiber as refractory made injection lance,can significantly improve the Injection lance fire and good thermal shock stability and improve the service life of the Injection lance,reduce the production cost.
