在生产实践中,圆盘剪切边质量与圆盘剪刃间隙之间存在紧密的联系,如何提升切边质量、降低圆盘剪刃消耗成为当前亟需解决的问题.通过分析圆盘剪切边质量与圆盘剪刃间隙、带钢材质强度和带钢厚度之间的相关生产数据,细化圆盘剪刃间隙梯度,实现圆盘剪自动调整,有效避免人为调整对产品切边质量的不良影响,不仅提升了现有设备的生产效率和产品质量,而且降低了圆盘剪刃的消耗.
Improvement of Automatic Control for Circular Scissors in Hansteel Pickling Line
In production practice,there is a close relationship between the quality of the disc cutting edge and the gap between the disc cutting edge.How to improve the cutting edge quality and reduce the consumption of the disc cutting edge has become an urgent problem to be solved.By analyzing the relevant production data between the quality of the disc cutting edge and the clearance between the disc cutting edge,the strength of the strip steel material,and the thickness of the strip steel,the gradient of the clearance between the disc cutting edge is refined to achieve automatic adjustment of the disc cutting edge,effectively avoiding the adverse effects of manual adjustment on the product cutting edge quality.This not only improves the production efficiency and product quality of existing equipment,but also reduces the consumption of the disc cutting edge.
