常村煤矿2102工作面切顶护巷留小煤柱技术研究与应用

针对常村煤矿3号煤层厚度大、留设30m区段煤柱损失大量煤炭资源的问题,提出采用切顶护巷的方法缩小区段煤柱尺寸.综合采用理论计算及数字模拟的方法,确定了合理的预裂孔深度为15 m,角度为0°,区段煤柱宽度为10 m.在2102工作面进行现场试验,对2102轨道巷进行切顶护巷,并留设10 m区段煤柱.结果表明,巷道围岩变形量不大,且顶板无离层失稳风险,可以满足现场的安全生产需求.
Research and Application of Technology of Roof Cutting for Small Coal Pillar in 2102 Working Face of Changcun Coal Mine
In response to the problem of large thickness of the No.3 coal seam in Changcun Coal Mine and the loss of a large amount of coal resources by leaving a 30 m section of coal pillars,a method of reducing the size of the coal pillars in the section by cutting the roof and protecting the roadway is proposed.By comprehensively using theoretical calculations and digital simulation methods,a reasonable pre cracking depth of 15 m,an angle of 0 °,and a section coal pillar width of 10 m were determined.Through on-site testing at the 2102 working face,the 2102 track roadway was roof cut and protected.When a 10 m section of coal pillar was left,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was not significant,and there was no risk of instability of the roof separation layer,which can meet the safety production needs on site.
