Application and Research of Plastic Burning Plate Dust Collector in H-shaped Steel Production
The dust removal system of the H-shaped steel production line at Shougang Changzhi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.adopts a plastic firing plate dust collector.This dust collector is an efficient and energy-saving flue gas purification equipment,which has the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency,large amount of flue gas treatment,and long service life in production processes.This article mainly studies the process flow,equipment parameters,problems and maintenance points during operation of the dust removal system,in order to ensure the stable operation of the dust removal system in the later stage.
