摘要
四辊可逆式轧机是宽厚板产线最为重要的生产设备,其安装工艺复杂、安装要求极高、安装标准极为严苛,因此在原有技术上不断创新、掌握安装技术尤为重要.对宽厚板轧机本体设备安装进行探析,梳理出宽厚板轧机工程四辊式轧机设备的安装流程及技术要点,为冶金行业提供实例分析.
Abstract
The four roll reversible rolling mill is the most important production equipment in the wide and thick plate production line.Its installation process is complex,the installation requirements are extremely high,and the installation standards are extremely strict.Therefore,it is particularly important to continuously innovate and master the installation technology on the existing technology.Analyze the installation of the main equipment of the wide and thick plate rolling mill,sort out the installation process and technical points of the four roll rolling mill equipment for the wide and thick plate rolling mill project,and provide case analysis for the metallurgical industry.
