摘要
打捆机使用过程的稳定性对整条精整线的生产效率存在极大影响,鉴于此,介绍了首钢长钢型钢车间用打捆机的工作原理,并对打捆机在使用过程中常见的送丝故障、抽丝故障及散热片漏油等故障进行原因分析,并针对性地采取更改导丝槽构成及蓄丝轮缓释轮结构、增大散热片散热面积等措施进行改进.设备改进后,极大地减少了故障次数,提高了设备的使用稳定性,从而保证了精整线的平稳工作.
Abstract
The stability of the bundling machine has a great influence on the efficiency of the whole finishing line.This paper introduces the working principle of the bundling machine used in Shougang long steel section workshop,the common wire feeding,wire drawing and oil leakage of heat sink of bundling machine are analyzed and found out,in order to solve these problems,the structure of the guide groove,the structure of the slow release wheel and the area of the heat sink were changed.After the improvement of the equipment,the failure times are greatly reduced,and the use stability of the equipment is improved,thus ensuring the smooth work of the finishing line.
