Analysis of Factors Affecting the Longevity of Blast Furnace Hearth
This article summarizes some experience in the longevity of Hanbao No.1 3 200 m3 blast furnace,analyzes the impact of the design,construction,and pre drying work of the blast furnace on the blast furnace life,and also analyzes the impact on the blast furnace life from the aspects of maintaining long-term stability and smoothness after the blast furnace is put into operation,optimizing slag iron discharge system,cooling system,concentrate system,etc.,keeping the furnace hearth active,avoiding water leakage from the cooling wall and tuyere,optimizing the online maintenance of the furnace hearth,etc.
