摘要

在0.3 mm超薄规格热镀锌板的生产过程中,通过不断探索、试制,确定了焊接参数、退火工艺、卷取工艺等.对影响焊接质量的各项因素进行了分析,判断出电流参数是影响产线焊缝质量的主要因素,通过进行系统地对比实验,确定了最佳的焊接参数,解决了焊缝易结渣、局部焊接不牢的问题;通过调整卷取前的拉矫机参数,保证了带钢能平直进入卷取机,提高了设备运行的稳定性,降低了卷取张力值,且采取使用纸套筒等措施后,完全消除了卷取起筋缺陷,提高了 0.3 mm 厚度产品的成材率和质量.

Abstract

In the production process of 0.3 mm ultra-thin hot-dip galvanized sheet,welding parameters,annealing process,coiling process,etc.were determined through continuous exploration and trial production.An analysis was conducted on various factors that affect welding quality,and it was determined that current parameters are the main factor affecting the quality of production line welds.Through systematic comparative experiments,the optimal welding parameters were determined,which solved the problems of easy slagging and weak local welding in welds.By adjusting the parameters of the straightening machine before coiling,the strip steel can enter the coiling machine straight,improving the stability of equipment operation and reducing the coiling tension value.After taking measures such as using paper sleeves,the problem of coiling ribs was completely eliminated,and the yield and quality of products with a thickness of 0.3 mm were improved.
