摘要

连续退火炉是冷轧厂的主要设备,在生产过程中存在过渡卷温度起伏过大、氢气和煤气消耗过大、成本压力明显等问题,针对此,结合大量实验结果和反馈样品数据,提供了一种连续退火炉过渡钢卷温度自动控制的方法,根据不同规格钢材设定氢气含量,同时增加炉内压力,使以上问题基本得到解决,相关控制措施值得推广.

Abstract

The continuous annealing furnace is the main equipment in cold rolling plants.In the production process,there are problems such as excessive temperature fluctuations,high consumption of hydrogen and gas,and obvious cost pressure.In response to this,after a large number of experiments and feedback sample data,a method for automatic control of the temperature of steel coils in the continuous annealing furnace is provided.The hydrogen content is set according to different specifications of steel,and the furnace pressure is increased to basically solve the above problems.Relevant control measures are worth promoting.
