HAADF-STEM Study on Microstructure of Mg La Alloy after Aging Treatment
The microstructure sequence evolution of Mg-3.0La alloy during aging treatment was studied using high angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM).The results showed that after aging treatment at 200℃,the Mg-3.0La alloy gradually exhibited La enriched regions,La rich FCC precipitates,and the size of these precipitates gradually increased over time.Mg-3.0La alloy has a significant aging strengthening effect,and the FCC precipitates rich in La are distributed both inside the crystal and at the grain boundaries.
