Φ1 200 mm 42CrMo4钢使用BOF—LF—RH—CCM工艺流程生产,弧形连铸采用全保护浇注、二冷分级冷却、三段式电磁搅拌、缓冷工艺等技术措施.经下游客户锻造后,使用Φ1 200 mm 42CrMo4连铸圆坯制作的风电主轴力学性能、探伤、非金属夹杂物等各项检测情况较好,得到了客户的认可,成功开发出连铸圆坯风电主轴钢.
Development of Continuous Casting Round Billet of 42CrMo4 Steel with a Diameter of 1 200 mm for Wind Power Spindle
The production of 42CrMo4 steel with a diameter of 1 200 mm is carried out using the BOF-LF-RH-CCM process.The arc continuous casting adopts technical measures such as full protection casting,secondary cooling and graded cooling,three-stage electromagnetic stirring,and slow cooling process.After forging by downstream customers,the mechanical properties,non-destructive testing,non-metallic inclusions,and other testing results of the wind turbine spindle made from Φ1 200 mm 42CrMo4 continuous casting round billets were good,which was recognized by the customers and successfully developed continuous casting round billet wind turbine spindle steel.
