低合金钢板高效正火热处理工艺实践

对低合金钢板正火热处理的高效生产方式进行研究,选取低温冲击要求16MnDR钢按双排原料方式入炉试验,与正常情况下单排原料入炉做试验对比.结果显示:与单排入炉方式相比,双排入炉方式下钢板的金相组织及拉力、冲击试验性能差异不大,完全满足标准要求,且均匀性良好.
Practice of Efficient Normalizing Heat Treatment Process for Low Alloy Steel Plate
An efficient production method for normalizing heat treatment of low alloy steel plates was studied.Selecting 16MnDR steel with low temperature impact requirements,the experiment was conducted using double row(two pieces side by side)raw materials in the furnace.Compared with normal conditions,the experiment was conducted using single row raw materials.The results showed that there was not much difference in the metallographic structure,tensile and impact test performance of the steel plate between double row and single row,which fully met the standard requirements and had good uniformity.
