Comparative Study and Analysis of Large-scale 82B Steel Wire Rod Process
In this paper, through the adjustment of process parameters such as SWRH82B spinning temperature, roller speed of air-cooled line, and fan air volume, the results show that increasing the spinning temperature and turning off the 1# fan are conducive to the formation and mechanical spalling of iron oxide scale on the surface. When the cooling rate of the air-cooled roller table reaches 8~10° C/s,there will be no obvious network cementite. When the air cooling velocity is greater than 10° C/s,the probability of martensite islands in the heart increases significantly. The increase of carbon and chromium content can increase the sosylidization rate and significantly improve the tensile strength of the finished product. When the fluctuation of carbon-silicon-manganese content exceeds±0.02%,it will significantly affect the tensile strength difference. After the billet was heat-fed,the sosylidization rate and reticulated cementite of the finished product were significantly improved, but the frequency of central segregation and martensitic islands increased.
