Taking the machining of large-diameter internal hole threads in hard aluminum alloy structural components as the research object,this study investigates the optimization of corresponding milling thread machining processes,cutting paths,and machining technical parameters under parametric calculation.This can provide a new technical approach for high-precision CNC milling of hard aluminum alloy threads and solve the technical difficulties of batch high-precision milling of large-diameter threads.
