摘要
热处理是金属材料加工的重要工艺,热处理设备的技术研究对金属材料加工技术的发展具有重要意义.探讨热处理设备在结构设计、温度控制、节能环保方面的性能要求,采用计算机数值模拟方法研究热处理设备在热处理过程中的温度分布、相变行为、微观组织演变、应力和变形模拟等过程,该数值模拟研究成果应用于热处理设备的性能优化与设计改进、流体动力学与热力学性能分析、故障诊断与预测维护方面.通过整理相关研究发现,各研究者的关注方向主要分布在研究热处理数值模拟模型、模拟热处理过程中的材料变化、模拟热处理过程并改进工艺、模拟热处理过程并改进工艺及通过数值模拟改进设备设计五大方面.在已有研究取得进展的基础上,提出了热处理设备在耦合加热工件的复杂情况下的数值模拟、智能化控制研究、节能减排研究方向上的展望.
Abstract
Heat treatment is an essential process in the processing of metallic materials,and the technological research of heat treatment equipment holds significant importance for the development of materials and processing technologies.This paper explores the performance requirements of heat treatment equipment in aspects such as structural design,temperature control,and energy conservation and environmental protection.It introduces advancements in the research of heat treatment equipment technology using computer numerical simulation methods.Researchers primarily simulate the temperature distribution,phase transformation behavior,microstructural evolution,stress,and deformation processes during heat treatment.Numerical simulation research contributes to advancements in heat treatment equipment technology through performance optimization and design improvements,analyses of fluid dynamics and thermodynamic performance,and fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance.This paper compiles existing numerical simulation research on heat treatment equipment,highlighting that researchers mainly focus on five areas:the study of numerical simulation models for heat treatment,simulation of material changes during the heat treatment process,improvement of heat treatment processes through simulation,and enhancement of equipment design using numerical simulation.Based on the progress achieved in existing research,this paper proposes future directions for heat treatment equipment in the numerical simulation of complex coupled heating workpieces,intelligent control research,and studies on energy saving and emission reduction.
