摘要
现代钢铁公司想要在国内、外企业的激烈竞争中谋求发展,就需要在成本、质量、环保等多方面获得优势.目前钢铁行业面临诸如规格多、品种杂、合同小、订单乱、尺寸精度高、钢质纯净度高等一系列生产难题,需要对设备功能精度管理提出更高的要求.主要分析了设备功能精度管理方法和存在的问题,在保证生产过程中不增加成本的前提下,稳定设备运行状态,改善产品生产质量.
Abstract
Modern steel companies need to gain advantages in cost,quality,environmental protection and other aspects in order to seek development in the fierce competition between domestic and foreign enterprises.At present,the steel industry is facing a series of production difficulties such as multiple specifications,diverse varieties,small contracts,disorderly orders,high dimensional accuracy,and high steel purity.Therefore,higher requirements need to be put forward for equipment functional accuracy management.By mainly analyzing the problems and methods of equipment functional accuracy management,stable equipment operation status and improved product production quality can be achieved without increasing costs in the production process.
