Research on Surface Quality Control Technology in the Forming Process of Steel Materials
In view of the importance of surface quality in the forming process of steel materials,this paper focuses on the surface quality control technology of precision control of thick plate 3 800 mm rolling mill process,optimization of advanced plate line 3 000 mm rolling mill operating parameters,application of advanced surface defect detection,and implementation of effective surface repair and reprocessing methods.It emphasizes the use of advanced surface defect detection technology to timely detect surface problems in products,and introduces a series of effective surface repair and reprocessing methods,laying the foundation for the production of defect free high-quality steel products.
