Analysis of Factors in the Lifting Process of Slab Continuous Casting Machine
As the example of segment lifting replacement process in Slab Caster,the influence factor of lifting segment in different working conditions is analyzed,the maximum static load required for lifting is derived,and finally the overhead crane capacity estimation formula is derived,which provides a basis for the selection of crane.
