大功率机车轮是铁路机车重要的组成部分,其设计可靠性关系着铁路运输的安全,因此需要对轮型设计的疲劳强度进行数值模拟和分析,同时对车轮的理论强度进行计算校核.以一种外径1 250 mm大功率机车轮为数值仿真分析对象,使用ANSYS软件按照UIC 510-5标准中不同工况下的要求,对其进行静强度以及疲劳强度的有限元分析与计算校核,用以评估该轮型设计的可靠性.
Numerical Simulation Analysis of Fatigue Strength of a High-power Locomotive Wheel
High-power locomotive wheels are an important component of railway locomotives and their design reliability is related to the safety of railway transport.Therefore,numerical simulations and analyses of the fatigue strength of the wheel design are required,as well as calculations to check the theoretical strength of the wheel.In this paper,a high power locomotive wheel with an external diameter of 1 250 mm is used as the object of numerical simulation and ANSYS software is used to carry out a finite element analysis and calculate the fatigue strength in accordance with the requirements of UIC 510-5 under different conditions,in order to assess the reliability of this wheel design.
