综采工作面小煤柱宽度确定及支护设计

为了减少煤炭资源的浪费,增加巷道稳定性,针对岳城煤矿2302(上)工作面开展护巷煤柱留设的设计工作.结合理论计算法和数值模拟法,经过综合分析后,认定留设宽度为6m的小煤柱最为适宜.对围岩应力变化规律进行分析,采用锚网索联合支护的方式,并通过现场监测对支护的有效性进行了验证.该方法可为类似工程提供经验借鉴.
Determination of Small Coal Pillar Width and Support Design for Fully Mechanized Mining Face
In order to reduce the waste of coal resources and increase the stability of tunnels,the design work of retaining protective coal pillars was carried out for the 2302(upper)working face of Yuecheng Coal Mine.Combining theoretical calculation methods and numerical simulation methods,after comprehensive analysis,it is determined that leaving a small coal pillar with a width of 6 meters is the most suitable.The stress variation law of the surrounding rock was analyzed,and the anchor mesh cable combined support method was adopted.The effectiveness of the support was verified through on-site monitoring.This method can contribute experience and reference for similar projects.
