坚硬顶板切顶卸压的数值模拟研究及应用

针对深部厚煤层煤巷沿空留巷巷道受工作面回采影响巷道变形大的问题,以15号煤层151301运输顺槽为工程背景,通过使用FLAC模拟软件并结合现场实测对围岩应力和巷道位移的分布进行了分析.通过两种方案的对比结果表明:切顶高度在16.5 m时,切顶卸压最合理,经过切顶后的顶板平均应力值降低约50%,其结论可为其他类似工程问题提供借鉴.
Numerical Simulation Study and Application of Cutting and Unloading of Hard Top Plate
In response to the problem of large deformation of the roadway along the goaf of deep thick coal seam coal roadway due to the influence of working face mining,the distribution of surrounding rock stress and roadway displacement was analyzed using FLAC simulation software and combined with on-site measurements,taking the 151301 transportation channel of coal seam 15 as the engineering background.The comparison results of two schemes show that when the top cutting height is 16.5 m,the top cutting pressure relief is most reasonable,and the average stress value of the top plate after top cutting is reduced by about 50%.This conclusion can provide reference for other similar engineering problems.
