摘要

2023年以来,矿石价格一路上涨,炉料成本成为制约生铁成本降低的重要因素.莱钢采取提高渣比的措施来降低炉料成本,但渣比升高带来透气指数下降、燃料比升高等问题.对此,以莱钢3200m3高炉为例,通过采取优化装料制度、送风制度、渣系等措施,在提高渣比的同时获得较好的冶炼效果,进一步扩宽了用料途径,降低了冶炼成本.

Abstract

Since 2023,ore prices have been rising,and the cost of furnace materials has become an important factor restricting the reduction of pig iron costs.Laisteel has taken measures to increase the slag ratio to reduce the cost of furnace materials,but the increase in slag ratio brings problems such as a decrease in permeability index and an increase in fuel ratio.Taking the 3 200 m3 blast furnace of Laigang as an example,measures such as optimizing the charging system,air supply system,and slag system were taken to improve the slag ratio and achieve better smelting results,further expanding the material selection channels and reducing smelting costs.
