摘要

韶钢8号高炉在2009年10月16日开炉投产,设计有效容积为3 200 m3,至今已生产14年,处于炉役后期.主要介绍了韶钢3 200 m3高炉炉役后期炉缸炭砖和冷却壁的现状,并对高炉炉役后期操作实践进行了总结.针对冷却壁的的破损情况和炉缸炭砖侵蚀情况,通过采取强化操作管理、优化上下部调剂、改进冷却方式等多项措施,确保高炉生产安全、顺行、可控,并取得了良好的技术经济指标.

Abstract

The No.8 blast furnace of Shaogang was put into operation on October 16th,2009,with a designed effective volume of 3 200 m3.It has been in production for 14 years,and it is in the late stage of furnace service.This paper mainly introduces the present situation of hearth carbon brick and cooling stave in the late stage of 3 200 m3 blast furnace service in Shaogang,and summarizes the operation practice in the late stage of blast furnace service.In view of the damage of cooling stave and the erosion of carbon brick in hearth,through the implementation of many measures such as operation adjustment,upper and lower regulation and improvement of cooling mode,the production is safe,smooth and controllable,and good technical and economic indicators have been achieved.
